Meeting Information
The Liberty Township Trustees hold their regular monthly meeting on the third Wednesday of every month at 7:00 PM. Meetings are located at 8019 New Delaware Road, Mount Vernon.

Zoning Commission Meetings: First and third Tuesday of each month at 6:30 PM — Reviews zoning amendments, development plans, and township-wide zoning recommendations.

Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) Meetings: Meet as needed or for variance requests — Hears variance requests, conditional use permits, and appeals of zoning decisions.

Special Meetings: Scheduled as needed — Used to address time-sensitive matters that cannot wait until the next regular meeting.

Public Hearings: Held when required — Provide an opportunity for public input on specific issues such as zoning changes, budget approvals, or other township matters.

Road Closure
Friday June 20, 2025 : Liberty Chapel Road (North) will be closed from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM for the road crew to berm the the road.
