Liberty Township Board of Zoning Appeals has scheduled a public hearing for John Williamson (address:1118 Campbell Road, Mount Vernon, OH 43050.) Mr. Williamson has applied for a Conditional Use Permit to allow an accessory residential loft apartment within an existing standalone workshop/garage outbuilding, including use of the loft as a short-term rental. A hearing has been scheduled for October 1st, 2026 at 7:00 pm at the Liberty Township House, located at 8019 New Delaware Road, Mount Vernon, OH 43050.
